Nuke Questions: The Future of Forums on Nuke |
 |
As mentioned in this article at phpnuke.org, some people expressed their disagreement with phpBB being integrated into PHP-Nuke even if polls and comments all over had made it clear this is what most wanted, go figure, so maybe it's time to find out what it is people want now so vote and/or add your comments to the current survey and let's see what comes out of this.

Now Im having the same problem on my site. Why is this? It is quite rediculous that I have to come back have a confirmation code sent to me. Then come back enter code. wait for email with password. Then finally get to log in. What is the deal?
Any help would be great."

Nuke Questions: Archiving...? |
 |
achtungbaby
writes "I have a pretty simple (I think) request:
Everything about phpnuke rocks. It's only missing one thing: a better way to manage those articles that are submitted. I've been looking around for a hack or script or add-on or block or module or doo-hickey to be able to accomplish the following tasks multiple categorization for articles.
For example:
When I submit an article about Pamela Anderson, I'd like to be able to group this article under a main topics heading called "Hotties" but I'd also like to subcategorize this article under "Pamela" in the event that I want to create a separate section to display those "Pamela" articles only.
Does this make any sense? I'm sure it's possible, because I use a program called b2 that handles weblogging on another site and that also uses MySql and has a pretty sophisticated archiving/categorizing method (that I know nothing about because I'm a novice but know it can be done). "

Nuke Questions: Is using Weather Addon free? |
 |
Is there a permission from msnbc.com for everyone to use Weather addon for free or does it cost something?
The addon files dont tell anything about permissions to the CONTENT. I think this is very important issue, since I don't want to get any troubles using it if its not allowed.
So, could someone clarify this to me.
And it should also be noticed in the addon's documentation and readme-files, I think.
