The latest patch for PHP-Nuke 7.6, 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9, these include all fixes that have been accumulated over the past months and the first three emulate the filter function from 7.9 but using the required php functions and adapted where needed to better filter incoming / outgoing data.

No manual instructions are yet available, if you are willing to write a 3.1 / 3.2 diff contact me via email.
