PHP-Nuke 7.0 released to the public

Proud to announce that PHP-Nuke 7.0 is now released to the public. Many new stuff
as you already know (points system, blocks expiration period and users groups),
lot of fixes are included in this version. At the same time PHP-Nuke 7.1 has been
released for Club members which includes the new subscription system and this
feature is now available here at PHPNuke.org to be able to remove all the advertising
present on the site. As usual, you can download version 7.0 from here.
