This is a free (GPL) PHP-Nuke module that let's you add spell checking capabilities to any page, with auto-updating of form's contents.
This multilingual service offers support for 19 European languages, plus some variations.

is my 'Submit_News' module, with spell checking enabled.
This module is a very good example of how easy it is to add this service to existing
code. You can try it here,
and you will see that both the 'Story Text' and the 'Extended Text' elements are
spell checking enabled.
