New Flash Theme for PHP-Nuke 5.4

Works with PHP-Nuke 5.4 now! Recently released Flash Theme that has some small breakthrough techniques... The article title and article text are now displayed in flash, and there are 8 flash buttons in the top menu defined in theme.php so you can customize the links/button titles.

What is new and exciting is the ability for flash to process the & ampersand, "quotes" and limited HTML which previously has given us some trouble. There are now simple search and replace commands in the PHP, and then in the Flash, it replaces the pesky characters back to their original form, which allows the use of the special characters & HTML in the articles.
