FubarFish & FHFGhost have released its first commericial PHPNuke module and its available for download now. This module allows clan sites who run PHPNuke to install a fully integrated roster management system. Here are the features:

View roster members.
View medals awarded to members using standard US Army Medals or your custom medals.
View a list of medals.
Admins can add, edit and delete roster members right from the admin menu.
Admins can also award roster members medals.
Roster members can be given rank and position status.
Create your own custom medals and upload them using the Roster Manager in the admin menu.
