No Mail YA Hack for PHP-Nuke 7.5

Hack of the Your Account module that allows users to register on your site even
if you don't have mail() available on the server. Users can even retrieve a lost
password, instead of getting emailed a code and a pass users will be requested
to answer a question they have previously set through their profile, when a user
changes his/her password the site admin will get a private message with details
about the password change that includes the ip of the person that changed or attempted
to change the pass so that they can verify that the pass change request was legit.
