Submit News module hack for PHP-Nuke that will allow users to post news without
these having to be approved by the site's admin and without having to make the
user an admin. Because my main line of thought regarding PHP-Nuke is security
oriented i did not make this hack one which would allow everyone to post news
freely, that is unsafe and could lead to users posting undesired content or even
attacking your site. You decide which users can post through the edit user admin
option, those not authorized will have to wait for you to post their article.
