PHP-Nuke Coders Needed || Will Pay Cash |
 |
forgotz
writes "PHP Nuke code needed: I would like to see if I am correct about Google and MSN, they like one of my site and not another, the main difference is meta tags. Correctly made meta tags. To see project details, click here.
I would like a bit of code which will add to my stories an area which will allow me to add meta tags to each story page. This should work in the Modules Admin section "news" where you add a new store. Then once in the DB, when creating a display page which displays the story it should place the meta tag info in the page. Max bid I will accept, is 50.00 US."

I am not wanting this posted, I'm just trying to see if it all works through like my site - gawd I feel dumb."
Admin Note: As you can see it works, make a post about this in the forums and include the Nuke version and patch (if any) you are using, you'll get a faster response there.

writes "Mighty_y is updating the ForumNews Advance Module again , it will include some new features and a page generation bug fix (nothing much really, but all this had to be included)
Now, in the next version Mighty_y want to include as much translations as possible for the ForumNews, Forums_Archive and ForumTopics module
I'm attaching the english version here.
If you translate one, please change the filename to the name of your language (so for dutch it would be lang-english.txt gets lang-dutch.txt)
Also if you edit your translation again, please update the version number and translator info and so on to the right values .
There are only 23 defs to change
The english pack can be downloaded HERE
Langague pack can be uploaded in THIS forum."

In need of Hack : PM forwarding and email notification |

writes "I have need of a means to provide a particular user with 2 authorized accounts on my site (www.mylxhq.com), to forward private messages to the primary account when someone posts to the secondary one, without having to log into that account. Also if there was a way to send an email to the user at their email address that private messages exists, that would be plus.
Anyone heard of such a thing yet ?

Now Im having the same problem on my site. Why is this? It is quite rediculous that I have to come back have a confirmation code sent to me. Then come back enter code. wait for email with password. Then finally get to log in. What is the deal?
Any help would be great."

writes "I have a pretty simple (I think) request:
Everything about phpnuke rocks. It's only missing one thing: a better way to manage those articles that are submitted. I've been looking around for a hack or script or add-on or block or module or doo-hickey to be able to accomplish the following tasks multiple categorization for articles.
For example:
When I submit an article about Pamela Anderson, I'd like to be able to group this article under a main topics heading called "Hotties" but I'd also like to subcategorize this article under "Pamela" in the event that I want to create a separate section to display those "Pamela" articles only.
Does this make any sense? I'm sure it's possible, because I use a program called b2 that handles weblogging on another site and that also uses MySql and has a pretty sophisticated archiving/categorizing method (that I know nothing about because I'm a novice but know it can be done). "

Is there a permission from msnbc.com for everyone to use Weather addon for free or does it cost something?
The addon files dont tell anything about permissions to the CONTENT. I think this is very important issue, since I don't want to get any troubles using it if its not allowed.
So, could someone clarify this to me.
And it should also be noticed in the addon's documentation and readme-files, I think.

Has anyone created the extra table or fields in their DB along with the functions that will allow Admins to track which downloads were downloaded by who, and when?
Just thought I'd throw that out there as a functionality question/suggestion. Y'all have a good one.
