1-Missing LINKAPPROVEDMSG language tag fix for email sent for approved web links.

3-Fix to allow longer than 10 characters Superuser passwords on first time creation.
4-Addition of Chris-au's better error reporting for MySQL errors.

Description: I decided to zip this file and make it available for downloading since many users seem to get this problem at one point or the other, what this files does is make your PHP-Nuke 6.0 website visible again when it gets stuck because of a corrupt or non-compatible theme, just change one setting in the file and upload it to where config.php is, then point your browser to it.
