This fix now allows the webmaster to decide what modules have the WYSIWYG editor in their text areas. The webmaster can also set each admin file to have the editor by adding $adveditor = 1; to the files. This will also allow developers to override and force the editor to open if they add $adveditor = 1; to their module files.
