Correct, phpNuke 8.0 includes BBToNuke 2.0.20.
So you should download and install
BBToNuke 2.0.21
BBToNuke 2.0.22
and BBToNuke 2.0.23
You should use the BBToNuke packages located on this site. There is a different upgrade script. You should not be using the original phpBB downloads from http://www.phpbb.com

Are you using the latest BBToNuke 2.0.23 and Patched files?
My guess is an old module that hasn't been upgraded with the Patched code.
