Correct, phpNuke 8.0 includes BBToNuke 2.0.20.
So you should download and install
BBToNuke 2.0.21
BBToNuke 2.0.22
and BBToNuke 2.0.23

You should use the BBToNuke packages located on this site. There is a different upgrade script. You should not be using the original phpBB downloads from http://www.phpbb.com

Find the path that those images are supposed to be in and place the images there. Hopefully your theme came with those button images

My guess is an old module that hasn't been upgraded with the Patched code.

If so, it could be a module after FAQ, since that is where the buttons seem to stop

It does seem that the "Full Package" contains all the forums files. So using it to upgrade to 2.0.23 should be fine.

You will need to move the files in 'html' to overwrite their existing ...
