You would add the img tag to config.php under $AllowableHTML but it should already be there. Either way in which part are you trying to use the img tag, in Story Text or Extended Text?

Nice catch arnoldkrg. I updated the 8.0 patch but the one for 8.1 will still not include mainfile.php untill i get a chance to examine it closely.

I'm not too clear about the changes FB made but i do think the check_html function needs to be rewritten.
A few but most are bug fixes that were left out, replacing the file is a temporary solution until i double check that particular Nuke version to see what conflicts occured.

Good show JabbaMoon, often you will find this problem as you found out yourself when a file is included more than once, especially when adding mods.
One detail you need to keep in mind regarding the forums, if a shoutbox for phpBB does exist most of the time you will be able to add it to the forums without problems even if it is for standalone php ...
Do keep in mind that the Add Fields mod is not part of core PHP-Nuke or Nuke Patched.
