After a year from my original post... I upgraded to nuke 7.7 with sec. fix.

Could anyoone give me an advise what to change in those files to get the sec fix working whith special character like "áé ...

I've done the same. Moved from 7.2 normal to 7.4 fixed. But my site is full of modifications.

If You have no personal modifications:

First backup everything!
Overwrite the files with the 7.4 on ...
