Blocks are the information sections that appear mostly at the right and left of Nuke´s pages, you can add blocks made up of html code, block files and rss newsfeed files, options include block placement (left, right, center up and center down) refresh time (time can be set at half hour, one, five, ten or 24 hours). Each block can be deactivated or deleted, they can also have custom titles and you can also decide who gets to see them (options are everyone, registered users or admins only). To add a block simply select the block file name, enter the rss file url or add the html code into the content window. On a final note, existing blocks can be repositioned to either side and can be moved up/down so you can have the more important blocks displayed closer to everyone´s view.
You can either create a html block with links to both user login and admin login, or edit the block-login.php but the blocks that come with PHP-Nuke need to be edited with a text editor, you could just insert into it a line similar to:
