I've been upgrading my Nuke (7.3) and adding various things to it and have noticed that all of a sudden a number of my blocks/menu items display with underscores... such as _usredt things like that.
Those occur because language defines are missing, check the documentation that came with any recent add-ons you may have installed on the site, at times add-ons come with a lang-english.txt file that people upload to the language folder by mistake, those are not to be uploaded, their contents must be added to your language file.
