I am running 7.8.31b with 2.0.17phpbb and if I try to change someones permission in the forums I get this error.

Could not obtain moderator status

SQL Error : 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax near ') AND aa.group_id = ug.group_id AND aa.auth_mod = 1 GROUP BY ug.use' at line 3

Any idea why?

This is an update. This only happens with 2 people in the forums.

When I try to change them from Admin to user, that is the error I get
