but maybe not.

i've recently installed Nuke 6.5, although i'm not running as the main site,

Where my domain is www.curwe.com i run nuke in www.curwe.com/curwe/

all is well with the Main Nuke stuff, at least all that i have seen everything is fine.

I am at the point of creatingthe forums for the site, this is where i run into problems,

from the forum management section if i try to click into a forum to add sub forums, i get a page not found error. it is trying to link to
http://www.curwe.com/curwe/modules/Forums/admin/modules.php?name=Forums&file=./../index&c=1

now i check my ftp paths and modules.php seems to be there. so I'm a bit lost.

I'm sure this is luser ( me ) error, but i though perhaps maybe it had something to do with the fact that i am not running nuke from www.curwe.com.

Please excuse my terminology if it is wrong...like i said i'm pretty new to Nuke.

Cheers and thanks to all in advance for the help

Thanks that helps a bunch.

although when editing admin_forums.php i didn't find:

//
'U_VIEWFORUM' => append_sid("viewforum&" . POST_FORUM_URL . "=$forum_id"),

what i found was

//
'U_VIEWFORUM' => append_sid($phpbb_root_path."viewforum.$phpEx?" . POST_FORUM_URL . "=$forum

i'm not sure if this is the same thing, unless it is different because of the sec3 patch.

Also, is there not a way to have sub categories.

IE:
category1
- subcategory1
- subcategory2
- forum1
- forum2
category2
- subcategory1
- forums

etc etc.

perhaps this is avaiable in a newer version like 6.8 but i can't find an upgrade path or file set for 6.8

Let me know if i'm dreaming or not.

Cheers and again thanks for all the help.

Kali
