hello all,
When a user clicks on usergroups at the top of the forum they get an error "There was an error 403(Forbidden)". it takes them to http://twodollarhorde.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=groupcp
i created a test user and it gives the same error. this user has no special rights and is not in any group. even after i add my test user to the members groups it still gives the error. it seems only the admin can click on this.

however when i as the admin log in it takes me to here and works fine.

I am running forum version 2.0.20 on phpnuke 7.8 with autotheme and no patches.
