Forums admin doesnt work with 7.5 patch 3.2b

I have recently installed patch 3.2b for phpNuke 7.5 after being hacked for the third time. Each time a new admin had been created and a "layer" displayed over the front index.php page from a news article which had been modified. Along with the usual page title changes etc.

Everything seems to be working but I cannot access the Forums Admin function, when I click the link in Administration, i.e. http://sitename/admin.php?op=forums I get redirected to http://sitename/modules/Forums/admin/index.php which is a blank page.

Has anybody had this problem? Or can somebody please point me in the right direction to work out was is going on. I have basic php skills, but i'm not a pro.

Logged in as a Nuke admin and Nuke user with forums admin permissions?
