hey guys,
i just migrated a phpbb forum over to phphnuke 7.9 and ive run into a few probs. i have one (and only one so far) user that complains he cant use PM's because it says the module isnt active.
the next problem i have is that anytime someone posts a thread with a quote that has some one's name
ie.

we see the actual code and no quote normal quotes look fine but when someone uses the name like that it is borked.
any help that anyone could give me would be greatly appriciated.
