Hi there, I am really sorry if this is just the same question(s) being asked again but its a minefield here and I am struggling to find solution.
I have 7.8 php Nuke with a hosting package installed using cpanel and from what I could tell 0.15 is the version of the forums too.
I downloaded the 78patched3dot2.zip and exploded on my laptop then after making config.php change put all the files onto my site. So now I have all the latest patched files in place.
I noted a reference throughout the fourms to running a script(s) to complete the process but I have not been able to figure out how to do this. I have seen what are idiots guides here already, but havent got the "real" newbie idiot guide necessary for me to check I'v done all that I need to.
I can get to phpMyAdmin functionality, I have using an FTP client checked my sites folders for such upgrade scripts but am at a loss where to get and then how exactly to run these.
Any help appreciated, I know there is a possibility this was said a thousand times before, so if I could be pointed to the posting even that may answer this for me that would be great!.
