How to Enable the Quick Reply in BBtoNuke

Hello I am running BBtoNuke 2.0.21 for Platinum 7.6.b.4 , I have this Quick reply for the forums to be enabled, int he configuration of the forums it says its enabled, but i am unable to look at it

if oyu suggets me how to go about with it

I don't use Platinum, but standard BBToNuke 2.0.21 does not have Quick Reply. If you are using the standard BBToNuke files, then you will have to reinstall that mod
