Is there any way to stop users with Russian e-mail addresses from registering on the site. I have banned the problem address in ban control but it does not stop them.

You could use Sentinel's string blocker or a better YA module like CNB Your_Account

Where can I download CNB Your_Account? I have done a search but could only find one site which does not seem to exist anymore.
