Actually phpNuke 8.0 comes with BBToNuke 2.0.20. The 2.0.7 version is hard-coded into your forums template and should not be used as an upgrade.

You should restore your 8.0 files and use BBToNuke 2.0.21 and 2.0.22.

Get all the Forums files from your 8.0 package and upload them. Then get BBToNuke 2.0.21 and 2.0.22 and install them

The actual version number is in your forums admin panel and should read something like
Code:

Powered by phpBB 2.0.xx

where xx is the version

The other text is erroneously hard-coded into your template and can be ignored

Guess your template hasn't been updated. You would also see it under the Version Information, if your host hadn't blocked socket functions.
