I started building a website for a online game guild/clan two days ago. I found a theme that works for us, and starting running my modifications. At first the theme only showed the left blocks, so I modified the theme.php file and corrected that issue.
Once I did that the front page message, or the welcome message, disappeared. Now all that shows up are the news posts, or articles. The front page, welcome message, contained a nice image that really gave a bit more to the website, and I would really like to have that back if possible.
Does anybody know a solution on how to recover that area?
I always back up any file I modify, and have attempted at replacing the file with the old version, but it does not return the missing content.
