Forum problem in php-nuke!

I downloaded php-nuke 6.5 and installed it and then I made the forum it went well and then the moderator should be made but the the problem came..... Confused

General Error
Couldn't update private forum permissions

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax near ' 1)' at line 2

INSERT INTO nuke_bbauth_access (forum_id, group_id, auth_mod) VALUES (2, , 1)

Line : 385
File : /net/users/a47/605/tricadk/www/modules/Forums/admin/admin_ug_auth.php

And then I went to the site to download php-nuke 6.7 and made a upgrade of my site and it still say's

Look in the fixes section, there is another possible fix for it there.
