When you change the language of PHPNuke 6.9, the NukeBB forum creates an error, saying that the "lang-<your language>.php cannot be found. I've found a workaround for it.
First of all, make sure you have the language-pack installed that you need. (get it from www.phpbb.com). Place it in the yoursite/modules/Forums/Language-directory.
Then rename the standard languagefile you see there (usually lang-englisgh.php) to the language u need. (I needed dutch, so I named it lang-dutch.php)
