What I am looking to do is to merge my existing phpBB(v 2.0.19 updated from v.2.0.13) into a fresh install of PHP Nuke v 7.8.

After installing PHPNuke 7.8, i patched it with: http://www.nukeresources.com/downloadview-details-1037-Nuke_7.8_Patched.html . I also made sure to just create an admin account without a corresponding user account.

I configure the nsqlconfig file and go to the nukesql.php which shows it can access my database and it sees all of the tables (which were copied with Structure and Data via myphpAdmin). I then click on the import (?) link and it brings me to a blank page.

Is this something someone has experienced in the past that could shed some light on the subject?

TYIA

Ditto here.

Fresh Nuke 7.8 install, patched with 3.1
PHP upgraded to 2.0.19 using BBtoNuke upgrades

Fresh install of PHP 2.0.19 (in same db as nuke) and database restored, no mods running. This new phpbb forum is tested and works great.

I configure and run nukesql.php
The test of the tables is successful.

Go to import everything into nuke.
Nothing - blank page.

Is it the 3.1 patch? Should that have not been run first? How do I uninstall it?

Yep - nukesql.php doesn't like the 3.1 patch.

I started everything over from scratch. I ran the BBtoNuke to upgrade my 7.8 forums to match the latest phpbb forums. Otherwise I didn't run any other patches.

Then I imported the phpbb forums and users into nuke successfully. I got a couple errors in a few tables (smilies mostly), but everything seems to be working fine now.

I posted this in the other thread. I am getting the same problem with a fresh install of nuke 7.9 just purchased. And phpbb 2.0.18

No patches were installed. Or does 7.9 include the patches? How would i go about resolving this?

I tried it again with the install of phpnuke 7.9 but upgraded the bbtonuke from the included 2.0.17 to the current 2.0.19. The standalone PHPBB is running fine. As is the nuke install. Bothsharing the same database.

The update script connects fine, tests fine. But when I run the actual update all I get is a blank screen.

I could really use a hand with this one.

Thanks.
