How do I a Pop-up to my home page. I am using 6.5. Where do I put the html code.....

I am assuming this isnt posible or it's a big secret...
I have tried and tried to get a small pop up window to open automatically when I go to my main index.php page. I've tried all the pop up creator nuke tools but the problem is, it doesnt tell you where to paste code on your site... or I just dont understand LOL

Stumped! If anyone knows exact steps on how to do this or lead me to someone who might... I would greatly appreciate the help.

It can be added to either header.php since that file gets included on all pages but if you only want it in the site's index then maybe you could add it to the main index.php file

Place the Javascript code for the pop-up in includes/my_header.php

or you could put the javascript code in the footer in the control panel

or you could make a block with the code in it

or you could insert it into your news module

or you could do the things ChatServ said

Since your adding the HTML code for the pop-up, place it after the end of the PHP document (My_Header.php)
