I installed a fresh nuke 7.6 and then immediately patched to 7.6 v3.1.

When I go to add a user to the user groups, it just takes me back to the usergroups main page and doesnt add the member.

Please help!

In config.php turn on error reporting and see if there are any error messages given or you can also check your servers error logs.

I turned it on and no errors are thrown.

Just takes me back to the main usergroups page and the member isnt added.
