no i removed the patch. it seems everything works fine but the forum. I wonder if its the autotheme i use. i was playing around with ravennuke on a test site and run autotheme fine so i am not sure.

If there is a theme problem, you could try to just deactivate the forum part of your theme.
Go into themes/YOURTHEME/ and find the Forum folder.
rename it to .Forum!
