Had this problems in a few versions of nuke now, when you put a modules link address in nuke, and the address is going to load an "op" or "file" from its folder, the URL address that is using a symbol like this:

&

will automatically be changed into these characters:

& n b s p ;

(I had to space the characters out because the forum erases it, its the html SPACE tag basically)
--------------------

Example of a link (the first one is correct, the 2nd is what nuke does to it):

good link: /modules.php?name=Advertising&op=plans

bad link: /modules.php?name=Advertising & n b s p ; op=plans (I had to space the characters out because the forum erases it, its the html SPACE tag basically)

--------------------

Ive really only noticed this when posting MESSAGES to the frontpage

thanks
pcn

Weird, ampersands being changed into HTML space code?

Are you sure they aren't being changed to & ?
You may have this in mainfile.php that you can comment out
Code:

$attrb_list = str_replace("&","&",$attrb_list);

and in the v3.2 changes thereare 2 lines, do both of these need to be commented out as apposed to the above line in v3.1

Code:

         $attrb_list = ereg_replace("&","&",$attrb_list);
         $attrb_list = str_replace("&","&",$attrb_list);

or is this a new correction thats been added in v3.2 to stop the auto-changing of this replacement problem?

thanks

That was a correction to stop the problem... if it does not work, let us know and we'll try and revise it.

I have a similar problem:

Code:
# Place here the double quote fix function.
         $attrb_list=delQuotes($reg[2]);
                     $attrb_list = str_replace("&","&",$attrb_list);
                  $attrb_list = str_replace("&","&",$attrb_list);
      $tag = "<tag>";
      }

But if I comment out these lines the problem continues. Any other alternative??

Thanks a lot!
