Hello,
why cannot delete, move, split, and lock topic..??

You don't have permission to access /modules.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have the same problem after upgrading to 22NP. This is even when I'm set to Admin, never mind Moderator.

I'm using Raven's Nuke, latest version with 3.3 patch.

Please help!
