Where did my right blocks go?

I just installed a new theme (Leviathan) and NSN Center 4 Blocks and now all my full screen width themes are missing their right hand blocks...I'm betting this is a simple fix...just not sure that that would be.

I removed the center blocks add-on but its still messed up.

HELP?

Open the theme.php file and find:

Replace it with:
