Im very new to php, I do have notepad pro to help me edit php pages.

Im getting this error on my website when I submit a story for the main page.

Warning: setlocale(): Passing locale category name as string is deprecated. Use the LC_* -constants instead. in /home/fu2hq/public_html/phpnuke/mainfile.php on line 565

In laymens terms how do I fix this?
