Installing phpNUKE 7.1 Trouble

I am experienced with PHPBB, HOWEVER I cannot get Nuke to go on my server!

I have placed all files that are in the zip file directly into the main web folder "public_html".

I put them the exact way they show in the directory info in the zip file.

I chmod 777 my main folder so I can run the nukesql.php file to setup the database.

I edited the config.php file to have my database name, username, etc

I cannot get it up and running! I am just so stumped right now.

Any tips guys?
