My friend is building a site with PHPNuke 7.0 and everything is working fine except for when I go to the site with Firefox 0.9.2

On the left side he has Links to the Forums and other things. I can click on most of these and they load up in the main page. However 3 of the items when I click on them they load up into a smaller scrolling box below. we cannot see anything that would make it do this. I did find one thing in the Source when I view source on the bad page and the good page.

Bad Page:

*STYLE="text-decoration: none"**font color="#666666"*

Good Page:
*STYLE="text-decoration: none"**/style><font color="#666666"*

we cannot find this line in any of the PHP files tho. so we dont know where to correct it or if it is even the problem

please help if you can

NOTE: Had to replace the <> marks in the code with * cause the forums said I couldnt post that HTML code even when I turn off the HTML in my post
