When I create the block (block-Link_Us.php), appears EditorHTML(tiny_mce) in the block. As I should do for not appearing EditorHTML(tiny_mce) in the block-Link_Us.php ?

If I understantand your question, the easiest way is not to use the TEXTAREA inputs
