I tried to do a search on the forums but it kept bringing up a blank page. I even closed out and tried again still blank.

all I was trying to do was find the CFaq module that is part of this site. It keeps linking me back to here but when I did a search in the Downloads section it didn't find it.

any ideas !?!?

When i modified this to work with Nuke is was not meant to be distributed so it might not be packaged as is the custom, in the following days i will be re-packaging it and adding a importer script to it so that you can use your current FAQ data (if any) with it.

I ran into two problems....

first:

Yeah like i said it needs some work, in the meantime make sure you are logged in as an admin and that you have loaded its db tables (remember to edit the prefix if yours is different than nuke).

I've made extensive use of your cfaq module on my website. Unfortunately, since I installed sentinel, I can't add a question without getting banned. Are you running sentinel and if so did you have to modify cfaq?

What's the Query String given to you by sentinel when banned?

Can you [are you willing to] share cfaq with the changes you made?

You see, the current version doesn't work with nuke because of an incompatibily on the admin access.

The module is used here with Nuke 7.4 so i'd say it works with PHP-Nuke

It worked out of the box for us. As I mentioned, our only issue was people getting banned by Sentinel with the above query strings.

Looks like cfaq includes the FAQ's title text in the query, some of which must have set off the security module?

Thanks. The problem is that I can't admin cfaq. The admin links appear but then, when I click them, It gives me the message:

"Please login to access the CascadianFAQ administration area. All entries are case sensitive!"

The problem seems to be on the if (($radminsuper!=1) OR ($radminfaq!=1)) test. Why wouldn't it get the values right?
