ok, got this prob, i installed this hack lastnight, and it works, only prob is when i do a test on it, with a fake user, when i get to the activation part i hit activate account here, i get a errror "No File Specied" and i cant go on,

if u can help me with this i would love to know what to do about this

i also want to know if it has to do with me running php-nuke 72 instead of 7.3 i figured since its newer i might be backwards compatible

hello

if you use 7.2 you must use a hack for 7.2 cause i learnt from chartserv not all versions of php nuke has same your_accunt coding
meanwhile i m not sure if 7,3 not fits for 7,2 but it works for my 7.3

see everything works except for when i click the activate link, i also didn't see a No Mail Hack for 7.2 so i got the next one up from there, im guessing im gonna have to upgrade from 7.2 to 7.3 LOL but there should still be a way to make it work if everything but that works

This error means your site url is incorrect in Nuke's admin section under preferences

also my host server is a free server, an i guess they are having alot of downtime LOL so its hard to check right now

not sure about the 7.3 hack used on a 7.2 site, it should work though.

ok, i figured it out before u could respond, i looked at it, it was the same way u just said it was supposed to be, but now i am using the 7.0 version an it works great, thanks for the help, and if u dont mind im gonna link the site to myne

I'm using this hack for a long time, but it had an error. Works for 127 users only, after it fails to accept new secret questions and answers.

I changed this to int in the users_verify table, and works fine:
uv_id tinyint(4)

Thanks for this useful hack, but better to fix this, because the half world using it! Smile

in field uv_id type was 4 and i changed it to int(11) and type is now set to int is that right ?

correct
