upgrading old nuke.sql

ok so I have an existing database filled with stuff.....how do I update the old nuke.sql with the new nuke.sql

Just run the required upgrade scripts, if you were upgrading from 5.5 to 6.0 you would upload upgrade55-56.php and upgrade56-60.php to the same place mainfile.php is and point your browser to them in that same order, delete them once done (you'll find these files in Nuke's upgrades folder).
