phpWebSite 0.9.0 uses the latest Pear library files. They are included in case yours are not up-to-date. You will need php version 4.2.2 or above to install. If you don´t have this version, you will need to comment out the version check in the setup.php file. The theme is purposely dull. If you don´t like the way it looks, take a look at the docs on theme creation. The setup script will set some directories to apache.apache. If you use nobody.nobody instead, make sure to change them to this.
