PhpNuke - Nuke Cops betaNC PHP-Nuke Bundle

Browser - Mozilla and IE
Facts:
- Forums once directed towards says "Sorry, this Module isn't active!".
- The Forums Module is Activated via the Administration Panel
- Administrators CAN access the Forums.
- Regestered and Non Regestered people can NOT.
- I have changed Theme's, and still can not access the Forums Module when I am in Regestered or Non-Regestered mode.
- I have checked via phpMyAdmin to see if it is set correctly in the Modules Table. It is set to Activated.
- I have attempted to Deactivate and access and still can not Access.
If anybody know's a solution to this issue, I am all ears. Thank you ahead of time.

Well I don't recommend using the NC package. It has not been updated in a long time.
If it is activated in the modules, then it should be working. It will take further code debugging to determine why its not functioning.

I am attempting to upgrade to the new 7.7 version of phpnuke.
I am not sure on the number version of the old nuke website I was using prior, is there a easy way to figure this out. besides BetaNC

The base version number can be found by using phpMyAdmin and going to your config table. Because of the mods to the NC package, your database may not be compatible with the standard phpNuke upgrades
