I installed 7.6 and then the no mail hack and it was working great. I recently upgraded to the newest patch for 7.6 and the no mail hack quit working. I tried reinstalling the no mail hack but when I click on "register" or "your account" I get access denied. I tried removing the sql that was created the first time and rerunning it but still get access denied.
I'm having the same problem. I downgraded from phpnuke 7.7 to phpnuke 7.6 using the nuke scripts file. I then installed the 7.6 files over the 7.7 files, patched to Chatserv's 3.1. I then installed the nomail hack for 7.6 and I get an page that says Acces denied for both new users trying to register and members logging in.

This works with 7.6 ->3.1 patched.
Replace your No_mail_YA_hack INDEX.php
(modules/Your_Account/index.php)
with this one (you will still need the tables though
that came with it - from that *.sql file).
