Just a quick question and then I'll get on with the business. I am running Nuke 7.5, patched to 3.1 and have decided it iss time I updated the forum module. Currently it exits at version 2.0.17, now to upgrade to 2.0.21 can I just use the latest BBtoNuke NP version or do I have to incrementaly patch it up to 2.0.18, 2.0.19, 2.0.20 before going to 2.0.21?

Thanks for advice

Incremently as the patches are not included, like one patch may update includes/function_post.php while the next may not and the next will not include the includes/function_post.php.

I am in the same position anmd new to phpnuke.

I have phpnuke 7.9 patched with 79patched3dot2b.

I want to upgrade phpBB2 to phpBB-2.0.21 and I really have no idea what version comes with 7.9. I do see the following:

Powered by phpBB © 2001-2003 phpBB Group
phpBB port v2.0.7 based on Tom Nitzschner's phpbb2.0.6 upgraded to phpBB 2.0.7 standalone was developed and tested by:
ChatServ, mikem, and Paul Laudanski (aka Zhen-Xjell).

Version 2.0.7 by Nuke Cops © 2004 http://www.nukecops.com

I have downloaded BBtoNuke2021NP but it has little of directions.

So how would I proceed to upgrade phpBB2 to the lastest version ?
Just install the above patch BBtoNuke2021NP and that is it or do I have to download phpBB2-2.0.21 path only and copy over?

Any assistance is really appreciated.

Thanks,

The actual version number should be in the Forums admin panel. The line that reads "Powered by phpBB 2.0.xx"

You must download each BBToNuke upgrade and install them sequentially.
The phpBB upgrade packages will NOT work in phpNuke

7.9 includes BBToNuke 2.0.15. The Patched files for 7.9 include BBToNuke 2.0.19. I recommend restoring your files from 7.9 + Patched and then upgrading with BBToNuke 2.0.20 and 2.0.21
