Yes that is exactly what you should do.

However, I would suggest not to go to 8.0. It is still a lot of buggy code, even after the fixes from the Patched files. It obviously has not been tested properly, again another pointless release from FB. If your system is stable now, why do you need to upgrade to FB's unstable versions?

Hi there!

I already upgraded from 7.8 to 8.0.
I can see that that wasn't probably very smart, but anyway it's done.

My question is very basic. Since I upgraded, all the blocks on the right side are not showing... Why does this happen and how can I fix it?

Another thing.. If I want to go back and install a previous and more stable version. Is it easy, like just re-upload the old version files over the new ones?
What version would you recommend?

Thanks in advance! Wink

Code:

in theme.php

if ($index == 1) {

TO

if (defined('INDEX_FILE')) {

Yes you will need to use the old files. Then I recommend the Patched files on top of those.
There is a downgrader script from http://www.nukescripts.net

Thanks for the code tip! Wink

I visited nukescripts.net website and the only downgrader script I found was this one: PHP-Nuke Downgrader [7.8/7.7 to 7.6]

Well, since I have nuke 8.0, what would you advise me to do?
