7.0 with Patched 2.3: Article rating problem

Running 7.0 with PHP-Nuke Patched 2.3 package.

No matter how many votes and article has, or what the articles rating is, it always only shows 1 star. Here is an example:

http://www.littlewhitedog.com/article3542.html

I have confirmed three times that all of the Article files from the 2.3 package have been uploaded to my site properly.

Any suggestions?

In modules/News/article.php find:
Code:
    $the_image = "<br><br><img src=\"images/star.gif\" border=\"1\"></center><br>";

Change to:
Code:
    $the_image = "<br><br><img src=\"images/articles/stars-$r_image.gif\" border=\"1\"></center><br>";


I know this was changed for a reason but can't recall why so i will look into it to see if i can find anything wrong with it especially on articles that haven't been rated.
