I setup the downloads module to be part of a group. However, a normal everyday registered user can access the downloads section anyway. Any suggestions?

Still have this issue, this is a fresh install of 7.20 phpnuke. Mysql version is 3.23.58

Just to make sure the install was not corrupt, I installed this twice on separate databases.
